The company draws its strength from the over thirty years experience of its president Ken Cynar , a career local government official, who has worked as an administrator, communications director, and public policy counselor and adviser on both the town and county levels.  In addition to his governmental experience, he has worked for more than five years in the private sector providing communications and research support for projects for major companies including several Fortune 500 corporations involved in transportation, health care, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and financial services. This solid base of knowledge and experience enables Agate Associates to identify issues, direct research, establish priorities and provide counsel to you, your company or government agency.
